This is my version of the Swedish folk song "Kristallen den fina". It is a traditional folk song from Skattungbyn in Dalarna, Sweden. It was transcribed by Richard Dybeck and published in the magazine Runa in 1843. The song is an expression of popular piety and contains symbolism related to the Virgin Mary.

Love the drums and the drone at the start, vocals really spot on, the haunting harmonies at just the right volume. Amazing stuff! Around 02:16 mark love the Norse man vocals kicking in, great production, levels are well balanced, giving a really haunting and beautiful peace. Also great dynamics on the instruments, making them sound very natural. One of you best pieces in my view in terms of balance and production and creating an amazing atmospheric track. You have created a work of art here! Amazing work!

@@evergreencomposer Thanks for the comment! I would say most of us have no idea what we are doing :) . I think that's good, the more you, just focused on your emotions than the outcome. I have been having so much fun with my Synthwave stuff, what I like is that I find I can focus more on the tunes than the technical stuff. Its not easy to create symphonic sounds and making them natural and fit in a track. Synthwave I can just sit back and relax, really fun.
